Different banks and institutions will handle this differently. To rush you that amount of money will probably cost you a lot in fees though. If you are so tight on money that you are looking at a $2000 car, you probably need every buck you can get. 3 days will not kill you if you have to do things that way. Other places taking a slice of money that's rightfully yours is wrong but to let them do it would be selfish and shortsighted on your part. Don't let others do this to you. If you go to a bank and ask them to take the cash off the card it will be run as a credit transaction, but netspend will see it is a cash advance. An additional fee will be assessed to your account.
